Hello and Welcome to Authentically Aligned Fertility!
About Me
Welcome, I am so glad you are here!
My name is Audrey Hall. I am a Certified Fertility Mindset Coach with a professional background as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. My work is shaped by both lived experience and years of supporting individuals navigating complex, life-altering challenges. Throughout my career, I worked closely with individuals impacted by chronic illnesses and disabilities, where I learned that true resilience comes from addressing the whole person—not just symptoms. That holistic, collaborative approach, combined with my background in psychotherapy and my own fertility journey, led me to focus on fertility wellness, women’s reproductive health, and natural fertility support. My mission is to equip women with evidence-informed fertility education, mindset coaching, and practical tools so they can make confident decisions while saving time, money, and emotional energy during their fertility journey.
I believe conception is a deeply personal journey that involves far more than biology. There is no one-size-fits-all path to natural fertility, and every woman deserves compassionate, individualized support. As a certified fertility mindset coach, I meet women exactly where they are, offering a nonjudgmental space that blends fertility education, emotional support, and nervous system regulation strategies to protect mental health during the trying-to-conceive (TTC) process. My philosophy is holistic, personalized fertility coaching that honors each woman’s lived experience, helping clients feel informed, empowered, and supported—not pressured or rushed.
Authentically Aligned Fertility was born from my own personal fertility journey marked by fibroids, multiple surgeries, fertility treatments, and a miscarriage—after believing I had done everything “right.” Behind the scenes, I carried exhaustion, grief, and feelings of inadequacy while navigating infertility and societal expectations. When I finally paused and reflected, I realized how much of life I had postponed in pursuit of outcomes. That turning point inspired me to pursue certification through The Wholesome Fertility Method and dedicate my work to helping women prepare not only their bodies, but also their mindsets and nervous systems for the realities of their fertility journeys. Today, this work exists to provide holistic fertility coaching for women trying to conceive naturally, ensuring no woman has to walk this path feeling unseen or unsupported.
My Approach
Evidence-Informed. Trauma-Informed. Authentically Aligned.
With professional training in rehabilitation counseling and fertility mindset coaching, I support women navigating fertility challenges through nervous-system regulation, emotional resilience, and authentic self-connection—complementing medical care while honoring the mind–body relationship.
What I believe about the body:
I believe the body responds to safety—not the pressure of tracking, timing, and trying to control every outcome. Deeper healing begins with compassion, calm, and a more trusting relationship with yourself.
My role:
As a Certified Fertility Mindset Coach, my role is to help you rebuild trust, calm, and connection with your body as you navigate the emotional weight of trying to conceive naturally. I support women who feel exhausted by tracking, timing, and the pressure to do everything “right,” offering a gentler, more grounded path through the fertility journey.
The guidance I provide is for educational and informational purposes only. My role does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical care, but rather supports your emotional well-being, mindset, and relationship with your body during your fertility journey.
I work with women who:
- are trying to conceive naturally and want a more supported, compassionate path
- feel overwhelmed by tracking, timing, symptom-spotting, and overthinking
- are emotionally drained from trying to do everything “right”
- feel disconnected from their bodies and want to rebuild trust
- want support navigating the stress, disappointment, and uncertainty of the fertility journey
- desire a gentler, more grounded approach that honors both emotional well-being and lived experience
- want to understand their cycles without becoming consumed by the process
- are longing for more calm, clarity, and body trust during this season
